• Maintain community standards of cleanliness sanitation and organization
• Clean resident apartments common areas dining room and restrooms
• Perform routine housekeeping duties such as dusting vacuuming and mopping
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines

• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly and respectful attitude toward residents and staff
• High School Diploma/ GED
• 18 years of age or older
