Housekeeper
Job Summary
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness appearance and overall upkeep of guest rooms public areas and hotel facilities. This position ensures that all assigned areas meet established cleanliness sanitation and safety standards while providing excellent service to guests.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds change linens and replace towels and amenities.
- Vacuum carpets sweep and mop floors and dust furniture.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms mirrors sinks toilets and showers.
- Restock room supplies and report inventory shortages.
- Clean hallways lobbies elevators stairways and public areas.
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
- Report maintenance issues damaged items and safety hazards promptly.
- Respond to guest requests and provide courteous customer service.
- Follow hotel safety security and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure lost-and-found items are handled according to hotel policy.
- Maintain housekeeping carts equipment and storage areas in an organized manner.
