Housekeeper

The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness safety and overall appearance of the clubs facilities. This role supports daily housekeeping operations while assisting with basic maintenance tasks to ensure a high standard of presentation and functionality throughout the club. The Porter plays an important role in creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for members guests and staff.

Housekeeping Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of all clubhouse areas including locker rooms restrooms dining areas hallways offices and common spaces.

• Sweep mop vacuum dust and sanitize surfaces regularly.

• Clean windows mirrors fixtures and furniture.

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor patios entryways and walkways.

Maintenance Support

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement minor repairs and equipment setup.

• Assist with facility inspections and report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

• Help with room setups and breakdowns for club events and activities.

• Maintain storage areas maintenance closets and cleaning equipment.

• Assist grounds or maintenance staff when needed.

Operational Support

• Ensure the facility meets the clubs standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.

• Respond promptly to housekeeping or maintenance requests from management or staff.

• Follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Support special events with setup cleanup and facility readiness.

• Previous housekeeping janitorial or facilities experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable punctual and professional in appearance and conduct.

• Ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 4050 lbs regularly.

• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

• Part-time position available.

• Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays based on club operations.

This position operates within a private club environment where professionalism and a member-first service attitude are essential.
