Housekeeper (Kendall Coral Gables) The #1 Priority of this position is To maintain a clean healthy environment for the residents visitors and staff that promotes good mental and physical health in pleasant surroundings free of litter germs and debris. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Clean residents rooms public areas restrooms corridors elevators stairways offices employees locker rooms pool area and other designated areas in and out of the building. Keep the facility clean and free of hazards at all times. Remove trash to designated areas. Ensure equipment and work areas are clean and orderly at all times. Change bed linens daily or as needed. If you are Responsible always on time resourceful very accurate and detail-oriented. Flexible as to work schedule. Able to work under pressure and multi-task. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member. Excellent with communication interpersonal skills and empathetic listening.#ZR
