Housekeeper Full Time

Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center is looking for aHousekeeperto join our team working DAY or EVENING shift! This person must be able to deal tactfully and effectively with patients families fellow employees and visitors. The qualified applicant for this position must be able to be on feet 7-8 hours a day lift heavy objects and work with standard cleaning chemicals. Duties include:

• cleaning patient bathrooms
• emptying garbage cans
• cleaning patient rooms hallways walls furniture and equipment
• following established cleaning schedules
• loading washers
• gathering dirty laundry
• folding/ storing laundry
• operating washing machines & dryers according to manufacturers and centers policy
• other duties as assigned

We are a 146 bed facility with a home like environment and a new 30 bed rehab wing!! We are pleased to share we are the 2025 AHCA Silver Award Winner!
