Key Responsibilities
- Ensure facilities are clean sanitary and infection-free including daily cleaning of bathrooms fixtures furniture and surfaces.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely while using approved chemicals in compliance with OSHA EPA and health regulations.
- Manage routine housekeeping tasks such as trash disposal dusting window washing and monitoring areas for spills or hazards.
- Plan work schedules follow cleaning protocols and report maintenance or repair needs promptly to supervisors.
This is a safetysensitive position requiring strong attention to detail and accountability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 12 years of housekeeping experience
- Reliable responsible and able to work independently
- Ability to read speak and write in English
- CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain employer paid)
- Demonstrated ethical behavior professionalism and respect for residents
- Final candidates will be required to submit to our security clearance process.
