Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas including lobbies hallways restrooms fitness centers recreational rooms and other shared spaces.
- Dust vacuum mop and sanitize surfaces to maintain a pristine and hygienic environment.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests or concerns reported by residents guests or management.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels toilet paper and hand soap in restrooms and other designated areas.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately ensuring adherence to sustainability practices.
- Report any maintenance issues safety hazards or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Property Manager.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment notifying management when replenishment is needed.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
- Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with residents guests and team members.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a residential hospitality or commercial setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning products techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

$20 - $22 an hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30 AM to 4 PM. Additional 2 hours on Saturday
