House Manager Lead Caregiver

Job Summary
The House Manager ensures a safe clean and welcoming environment for residents while providing compassionate care. This role involves supervising staff supporting daily resident activities assisting with meals and maintaining overall community standards.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome new residents and orient families to the community.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests.
- Maintain communication logs and facilitate team meetings.
- Assist residents with bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
- Support meal preparation service and food safety compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness of apartments common areas and staff areas.
- Administer medications under RN delegation.
- Monitor safety submit work orders and respond to emergencies.
- Attend staff meetings trainings and mandatory in-services.
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or dementia care.
- Completion of state-mandated assisted living management course.
- Serve Safe Food Manager Certification within 15 days of hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand walk and assist residents.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
