House Manager Lead Caregiver

The House Manager ensures a safe clean and welcoming environment for residents while providing compassionate care. This role involves supervising staff supporting daily resident activities assisting with meals and maintaining overall community standards.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome new residents and orient families to the community.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests.
• Maintain communication logs and facilitate team meetings.
• Assist residents with bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
• Support meal preparation service and food safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness of apartments common areas and staff areas.
• Administer medications under RN delegation.
• Monitor safety submit work orders and respond to emergencies.
• Attend staff meetings trainings and mandatory in-services.
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or dementia care.
• Completion of state-mandated assisted living management course.
• Serve Safe Food Manager Certification within 15 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand walk and assist residents.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
