Responsibilities include monitoring parking activity processing payments completing reports assisting guests enforcing parking policies and identifying safety or security position is ideal for someone who is dependable detail-oriented customer-focused and comfortable working independently in an active parking ObjectiveProvide professional guest service while maintaining accurate parking and revenue records and supporting a safe clean and efficient hotel self-parking Youll DoMonitor vehicles entering exiting and parking within the tickets and accurately process parking payments validations and transactions and complete required shift audit and revenue accurate parking records and promptly report discrepancies or unusual the facility for parking violations safety hazards suspicious activity and damaged established parking-enforcement cash-handling safety emergency and incident-reporting guests with payments parking equipment directions and general professionally to guest concerns and escalate unresolved issues to maintain safe vehicle and pedestrian traffic the parking booth work area and surrounding facility clean and clearly with guests hotel personnel supervisors and team dependable attendance professional appearance and compliance with company and property required training and perform other job-related duties as ResponsibilitiesPerform other job-related duties consistent with the positions responsibilities and operational school diploma or equivalent parking cashier auditing hospitality security or customer-service experience preferred but not attention to detail and basic mathematical to process payments and maintain accurate to communicate clearly and to work independently and exercise sound ability to use computers mobile devices payment systems and parking attendance and availability for the assigned to work days evenings overnight shifts weekends and holidays as will consider relevant combinations of education training and and Screening RequirementsIf operating guest company or other vehicles is an essential function of the assigned position:A valid drivers license is employee must maintain a driving record that meets PMCs employee may have no more than three moving violations during the preceding three-year may be contingent upon completion of an applicable motor-vehicle-record must have a reliable means of reporting to the assigned work location.
