Job Summary
Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee PCH Hotels and Resorts Inc. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.
- Manage room inventory rate loading restrictions and function space availability to support revenue optimization strategies across both hotels
- Maintain the accuracy of Marriott systems ensuring rates packages authorizations and inventory align with business objectives and revenue strategies
- Partner with Revenue Management Sales Reservations and Operations to support forecasting demand management and inventory decisions
- Monitor inventory performance identify opportunities to improve occupancy and profitability and recommend strategic adjustments based on market demand
- Lead and develop inventory and reservations team members while ensuring operational excellence system accuracy and exceptional internal customer service
- Previous experience in Revenue Management Inventory Management Reservations or Front Office leadership within a full-service Marriott hotel
- Hands-on experience with MARSHA Marriott Property Management Systems (PMS) and Marriott inventory and reservation platforms
- Previous supervisory or management experience with a proven ability to coach develop and lead associates
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced hotel environment
