We are looking for an experienced passionate cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver the quality meals our guests count on morning after morning. What You Will Do
- Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment prior to service
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including chopping and peeling vegetables and cutting meat
- Cook food using a variety of techniques utensils and equipment including grills and stovetops
- Maintain a clean sanitized and orderly kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure all food and ingredients are stored correctly and safely
- Inspect the quality of ingredients before use and flag any concerns to management
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a cook in a professional kitchen setting (required)
- Working knowledge of a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to move efficiently through a busy kitchen and manage multiple tasks at once
- A strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Availability to work weekends (required)
- A team-first attitude and a genuine passion for quality food
