Job Summary
You will perform a wide range of duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain the propertys facilities and equipment ensuring a safe comfortable and fully functional environment for our guests. You bring strong technical maintenance skills along with a willingness to learn the unique aspects of our property contributing to exceptional experiences for our owners guests and colleagues.

What you will be doing
- Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure consistent operation of heating electrical gas air and other systems
- Complete minor and routine maintenance tasks including painting plumbing electrical work and general building upkeep
- Conduct regular inspections of all property areas to identify and address safety concerns promptly
- Coordinate and schedule repairs maintenance and equipment installations
- Perform pool and spa maintenance
- Assist guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly knowledgeable and helpful manner
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Relevant experience in building maintenance required
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Highly responsible reliable and accountable
- Hands-on experience with painting plumbing electrical work and pool/spa maintenance preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing walking bending lifting and carrying items up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely use tools equipment and ladders as required

Visa Requirements:Â Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.
Starting hourly wage:Â $22.62/hr
