Hotel Maintenance Engineer
Certified Hospitality is currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated General Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a team player results oriented committed to providing outstanding customer service and will be excited by the idea of creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inspect hotel regularly via (PM) to ensure it meets health safety and hotel standards
- Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens)
- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
- Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages)
- Familiarity with plumbing electrical sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus
- Experience with interior and exterior paint
- Attention to detail
- Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Service Passion
