Hotel Housekeeping Manager

In this vital leadership role youll inspire and guide a dedicated team ensure every space shines and play a key part in delivering memorable staysevery single day.

• Lead and support a high-performing housekeeping team to consistently exceed cleanliness and service standards
• Train coach and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling staffing and payroll
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality safety and attention to detail
• Collaborate with other departments to promptly address guest needs and enhance their stay
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies linens and equipment are always on hand
• Champion health safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and welcoming environment

• 2 years of housekeeping management (or similar leadership experience) in hospitality
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organization time management and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of cleaning processes chemicals and safety procedures
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and varying shifts as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality-related education a plus)
• Experience with budgeting and payroll is preferred

• Salary: $50000 $55000 annually (paid bi-weekly)
