OurHOSTSare responsible for creating a warm welcoming and organized first impression for every guest while delivering a fun fast and friendly experience that reflects our mission and values. As a Host you are expected to manage guest flow maintain accurate waitlists and seating charts and support the overall restaurant experience through exceptional hospitality and communication.

THE BASICS

• Serve as an ambassador of our mission culture and core values in every guest interaction
• Greet and welcome guests with warmth professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage waitlists reservations and seating assignments to ensure smooth restaurant flow
• Communicate accurate wait times and assist with guest questions and concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand entryway and guest-facing areas
• Complete opening mid-shift and closing responsibilities as assigned
• Work collaboratively with all team members to create a positive efficient and team-oriented environment
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency while delivering friendly and attentive hospitality
• Uphold all health safety sanitation and company standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen service and operational knowledge

PRE-REQs

• 16 years of age or older
