Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort restaurant guests to their table based on the number of persons in their party and according to assigned stations
- Answer phones and book reservations utilizing the company reservation system in accordance with established standards
- Process payment transactions in accordance with established procedures
- Assist with station assignments rotating planning and opening/closing/securing the room
- Complete side work duties in an accurate efficient and timely manner
