Dignity Health Medical Group Northridge a member of CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our full-time Core Faculty team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to impact the next generation of physicians while maintaining a meaningful outpatient clinical practice.

As our Hospitalist you will join Dignity Health Medical Group Northridge a thriving multispecialty practice within Dignity Health Medical Foundation playing a pivotal role in providing essential inpatient care to a vibrant community. You will practice alongside a highly respected team of physicians and specialists contributing to exceptional patient outcomes within Northridge California.

You will provide expert clinical care primarily in a hospital-based setting on a per diem basis benefiting from a collaborative environment and a well-structured team approach to patient management. With dedicated interdisciplinary support and robust systems in place serving the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas you will significantly impact the health and well-being of countless individuals.

To be successful in this role you will be a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with a commitment to collaborative compassionate patient care and a desire to contribute to a well-established and growing practice aligned with Californias largest hospital system.

We are offering a competitive per diem compensation range of $1690.00 to $1890.00 per 12-hour addition to a flexible schedule you will benefit from working within a prestigious mission-driven organization known for its commitment to clinical excellence and professional support.

Required:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active or eligible license in the state of California
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
