We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hospital Warehouse Coordinator to support daily hospital operations by receiving organizing preparing and distributing medical and non-medical supplies throughout the facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clinical departments and patient care units remain fully stocked with the supplies and equipment needed for efficient healthcare delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills inventory management experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 5:30 AM 2:30 PM
- Uniform Color: Black
- Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
- Organize and stock medical and non-medical inventory in designated storage areas
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages discrepancies or damaged items
- Assist with inventory tracking and supply record maintenance
- Ensure timely replenishment of hospital departments and nursing units
- Prepare and distribute supplies and equipment throughout the hospital
- Deliver materials promptly to support patient care and operational needs
- Operate carts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Support efficient movement of supplies between warehouse and clinical departments
- Maintain clean organized and safe storage areas
- Follow hospital safety guidelines infection control procedures and compliance standards
- Ensure proper handling and storage of hospital supplies and materials
- Support departmental quality and operational standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift move and transport boxes or supplies as needed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

- Warehouse operations

- Hospital or healthcare environments
- Basic computer and inventory tracking system knowledge
