St. Lukes HealthBrazosport Hospital is located on a beautiful 25-acre campus in Lake Jackson Texas. Offering state-of-the-art diagnostic and comprehensive treatment services our hospital is home to a 154-bed patient tower level III trauma center advanced cardiac care center and full-service multidisciplinary cancer center. Our team consists of over 100 board-certified physicians and nearly 600 highly skilled employees to meet our patients medical needs. As our President you will provide comprehensive operational leadership for your specific entity. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously execute the systems strategic vision within your defined domain translating overarching organizational goals into actionable localized plans. You will be fully accountable for the operational and financial performance of your area encompassing day-to-day management budget oversight and the leadership of all local staff while reporting directly to a higher-level executive within the system.

Every day you will lead your teams in the effective management of resources including personnel budget and facilities ensuring optimal utilization to meet operational targets and deliver high-quality patient care. You will actively engage with community stakeholders local leaders and patient populations solidifying our presence and building strong relationships within the local community. Furthermore you will continuously monitor performance metrics identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency patient satisfaction and financial health within your purview always aligning with our mission and values.

You will be adept at fostering strong community relationships translating system-wide strategies into local action and driving results through effective resource utilization and team empowerment. • Will articulate a vision that embraces a longterm perspective of the contributions of CHI to the Greater Houston community.
• Will sustain and strengthen a faithbased health care ministry as a beneficial distinction.
• Will develop and implement a strategic plan to ensure the longterm fulfillment of the Systems mission and sufficient net return on investment in order to sustain the mission.
• As part of the development of an integrated health delivery system will develop and implement a managed care strategy building on networks of payers and physicians and providing a full continuum of high quality cost effective and accessible health services.
• Will recruit select motivate and lead a highly competent staff to actualize the vision of the System through the delegation of appropriate responsibility with commensurate authority.
• Will ensure the quality of the full continuum of health services via the smooth functioning of hospital and medical staff quality assurance mechanisms and compliance of the medical staff with the bylaws rules regulations and standards of practice of the hospital and its medical staff.
