Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Hospital Materials Coordinator to support daily supply chain operations within a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for receiving organizing and distributing medical and non-medical supplies to ensure hospital departments are adequately stocked to support patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Management
  • Receive incoming supplies and verify shipments for accuracy
  • Organize and stock inventory in supply rooms and storage areas
  • Prepare and distribute supplies to hospital departments
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged items
Operations & Logistics
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to nursing units and clinical staff
  • Maintain clean organized and safe storage environments
  • Assist with inventory tracking and updating supply records
  • Operate carts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
Compliance & Safety
  • Follow hospital safety infection control and compliance protocols
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of medical supplies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift move and transport supplies as needed
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in warehouse inventory supply chain or hospital materials management
  • Familiarity with medical supply handling procedures
  • Basic computer skills and inventory tracking experience
