Job Summary

- Leadership or management experience required
- Veterinary medical or service industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams (10 employees)
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen and comfort working with metrics/KPIs
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
