As a Full-Time Hospital Liasion in Farmington NM you serve as a primary resource for hospital case managers and partner facilities helping ensure patients receive the right home respiratory services and home medical equipment (HME) without delay. You will coordinate order intake generate required documentation collect supporting records/signatures and provide clear patient instruction on safe equipment use. The role also includes maintaining consignment inventory completing assigned equipment deliveries/retrievals using company vehicles and collaborating closely with Sales Representatives and the Regional Sales Manager to support relationship management.

Qualifications include:
- High school diploma/GED and 13 months related experience (or equivalent)
- Basic computer skills; Brightree experience preferred
- Ability to learn insurance qualification criteria and communicate coverage
- Strong professionalism organization initiative and customer service

Your day balances focused remote coordination with timely touchpoints across partner facilities.
