Youll step into a clinical role focused on providing hospice care in patients homes throughout Sandy Springs Dunwoody Peachtree Corners Norcross Doraville and the surrounding communities. Youll partner with an experienced interdisciplinary care team while maintaining autonomy in managing your caseload.

What makes you a great fit

You are a Registered Nurse with an active Georgia license
Hospice experience is preferred but not required
Home Health ICU CCU Oncology and Med Surg experience are welcomed
You have excellent communication skills

You enjoy working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $88000$93000
