The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice Provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings ensuring comfort dignity and emotional support during end-of-life care.
Anticipated Status/Shift:
Full Time (40 hours/week)

Position Location:
Sentara Hospice Services - Chesapeake VA
Pay Range: $33.61- $56/hour
We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits.
Education
Associates Degree in Nursing (Required)
Certification/Licensure
Valid RN License in state of practice (VA) (Required)
BLS (Required within 90 days of hire)
Experience
1 year of nursing experience (Required)
Previous Home Care/Hospice experience (Preferred)
Prior case management experience (Preferred)
