• Annual Salary: $79000 - $80000 Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

• The RN Case Manager Will Maintain a Case Load Of About 20 Patients
• Patients Per Day-4 On Average
• M-F 8am 5pm

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in The State Of North Carolina
• 1 Year of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred
• Acute Care Experience Considered
