Hospice Outreach Liaison

A compassionate and self-motivated Community Liaison is needed to support hospice outreach and relationship-building efforts throughout the Fredericksburg area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting with healthcare professionals supporting families and making a meaningful impact within the community.

As the face of the organization in the field you will promote hospice services strengthen referral partnerships and help families access compassionate end-of-life care. This position plays a key role in driving census growth while serving as a trusted resource to physicians hospitals skilled nursing facilities and community agencies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians healthcare providers hospitals and community partners.
• Promote hospice services through regular outreach and educational visits.
• Increase referrals and support census growth across the service area.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on hospice care and services.
• Guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations with empathy and professionalism.

• Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience required.
• Hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven relationship-building and account management skills.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation a valid drivers license and auto insurance required.

$65000 $75000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
