Hospice Medical Director

Auburn Crest Hospice is seeking a Hospice Medical Director to support compassionate end-of-life care. This role focuses on clinical oversight hospice certifications and guidance on pain and symptom management while working alongside our interdisciplinary hospice team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in flexible contract work and meaningful patient care.

Certify and recertify hospice patient eligibility

Provide guidance on pain and symptom management

Collaborate with attending physicians and hospice team

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings (IDT)

Support patients families and staff with end-of-life medical guidance

MD or DO with active Idaho license

Knowledge of hospice or palliative care principles

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to travel locally as needed
