A Typical Day for a LPN Visit Nurse with WesleyLife at Home Hospice:

Your day begins with intention grounded in WesleyLifes belief that every person deserves comfort dignity and the opportunity to pursue joy no matter where they are in lifes journey. As a Hospice LPN Visit Nurse youll spend your day providing gentle compassionate care in the homes of those we serve. Each visit is unique because every individuals story needs and wishes guide your care. Youll offer personal support with daily activities provide comfort-focused care and be a reassuring presence for clients and their families.

• Travel to clients homes and care settings to provide comfortâfocused personâcentered support to those nearing the end of life.
• Deliver handsâon nursing care symptom relief and comfort measures.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure clients physical and emotional needs are met.
• Monitor changes in condition and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Support families through education reassurance and compassionate presence.
• Work independently in the field while collaborating closely with RN Case Managers social workers aides and spiritual care professionals.

Compensation:

• The pay range for this position is $27.39 - $34.24 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
• Daily Pay: Use this free app to access your wages before payday to handle unexpected expenses

• Mileage Reimbursement at 58.5 cents per mile
