Halcyon Home is hiring a Hospice LMSW PRN to support our growing geriatric Hospice population in Tomball/Spring TX and surrounding areas. We offer competitive pay and wonderful team support.

• Licensed as an LMSW
• Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR would be a plus
• Minimum of one year of hospice care experience
• Minimum of one year of social work experience
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with the elderly
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Payrate: $55-$75 per visit
