Empath Trustbridge Hospice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bethesda Inpatient Care Center team in Boynton Beach. What youll Do:

As an RN in our inpatient care center you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering compassionate end-of-life care:

• Coordinate patient and family care in collaboration with the primary physician and interdisciplinary team (IDG)
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient and family needs
• Ensure timely and coordinated delivery of interventions and services outlined in the care plan
• Use your clinical expertise to monitor patient conditions provide interventions and deliver education that enhances comfort and quality of life
• Address concerns promptly and thoughtfully to ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust

What Youll Need

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• One year in public health home nursing care oncology nursing medical/surgical nursing geriatric nursing or Hospice nursing preferred.
• Understanding of and ability to apply characteristics of Hospice Nursing: case management crisis intervention communication skills teaching skills thanatology skills and needs
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
• Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida drivers license.
