Hospice Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Amarillo

• Assess patients health status and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
• Monitor patients vital signs and report any changes to the RN or physician
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records
• Communicate with patients families and other healthcare providers as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and agency policies and procedures

• Current LVN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of one year of experience in hospice care (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
