Pay Rate: $60/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; occasional on-call
Experience: Minimum 3 years

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hospice Clinical Manager for a 13-week assignment in Missoula Montana. This role is responsible for overseeing hospice patient care services supporting clinical staff coordinating care delivery and ensuring strong communication across field staff support teams referral sources and leadership.

Responsibilities
Oversee hospice patient care services and daily clinical operations
Support orientation training coaching and mentoring of clinical staff
Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations and performance improvement
Review incident reports and promote safe patient care practices
Coordinate staffing scheduling assignments and timely initiation of care
Collaborate with intake billing vendors and leadership to resolve care delivery issues
Support utilization productivity budget review and clinical performance reporting
Participate in on-call rotation and assist with hospice operations as needed

Requirements
Active Montana Registered Nurse license required
Registered Nurse required; BSN preferred
Minimum 3 years of hospice care experience required
Hospice leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Homecare Homebase HCHB experience preferred
Strong communication analytical and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with online platforms and Microsoft Office
Ability to support occasional on-call and holiday coverage as needed

Lead with compassion and clinical expertise while helping hospice teams deliver meaningful patient-centered care.
