• Drive a fully-equipped service van to repair and replace broken hoses on-site
• Diagnose issues solve problems and fabricate hoses to get equipment running again
• Manage your tools and vehicle
• Join a rotating on-call/emergency service schedule (with incentive pay)

• Mechanical aptitude (cars bikes boats it all counts)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reliability
• Comfortable working independently most days unless its a big job youll run service calls solo and only see the crew at weekly meetings and when you restock.
• Valid drivers license
