Position: Master / Main Line Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master / Main Line Technician to join our growing service department. The ideal candidate will possess advanced diagnostic and repair expertise a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. As a Master Technician you will play a key role in ensuring our customers vehicles are repaired correctly efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics maintenance and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Accurately diagnose complex mechanical electrical and drivability concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools.
• Repair and maintain automotive systems including engines transmissions steering suspension brakes HVAC electrical systems and related components.
• Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to verify repairs and ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly with Service Advisors and management.
• Provide accurate estimates of labor time and additional repair needs.
• Complete warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work environment.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 35 years of OEM dealership experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with automotive diagnostic equipment and repair software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to document repairs electronically.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Proven commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Professional attitude integrity and a strong desire to succeed.
