Do you have a passion for helping others live safely and independently in their own homes At LIFE PACE were looking for compassionate dependable and caring individuals to join our HomeCare team. As a HomeCare Aide youll build meaningful relationships while providing essential support that allows older adults to maintain their independence and quality of life.
As a HomeCare Aide youll provide personalized in-home assistance to seniors including:
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing dressing grooming toileting transfers feeding and mobility.
- Supporting clients with light housekeeping including laundry sweeping mopping vacuuming kitchen and bathroom cleaning and making beds.
- Preparing meals and assisting with grocery shopping and other errands.
- Encouraging clients to remain as independent and active as possible while providing support.
- Monitoring and documenting services provided participant wellbeing and any incidents or concerns.
- Maintaining a safe home environment and following proper lifting and body mechanics.
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members while providing exceptional customer service to clients and families.

- Current Oklahoma Long-Term Care Aide and/or Home Health Aide certification required.
- Current valid Oklahoma drivers license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.
- One year of CNA experience preferred.
This position requires frequent standing walking bending lifting transferring clients and performing physical tasks throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and safely assist with client mobility. Daily travel to client homes is required.
- Current Oklahoma Long-Term Care Aide and/or Home Health Aide certification required.
- Current valid Oklahoma drivers license and reliable transportation required.
