Home Infusion Registered Nurse

BrightStar Care Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion services for patients in Hunterdon County NJ.

Pay: $45$50 per hour

• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license required
• Experience administering infusion therapy required
• Experience with peripheral IV starts and central line care/access
• Experience completing Start of Care (SOC) assessments preferred
• Wound care experience is a plus but not required
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
• Excellent clinical communication and documentation skills

• 8-hour shifts
• 4 consecutive days each month for scheduled infusion treatments
• Opportunity to pick up additional infusion and nursing cases as they become available

• Administer prescribed infusion therapies in patients homes
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs and access central lines as ordered
• Monitor patients during and after infusions
• Complete Start of Care (SOC) assessments and accurate documentation as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on their treatment plan
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care
