Join a growing Des Moines sales team backed by one of the nations Top 40 roofing contractors. Shamrock Roofing & Construction has built a $70M business on reliability and results and were looking for a Sales Advisor who can bring the same to local homeowners.

What the Role Involves

• Generating new leads through neighborhood canvassing referrals and storm-response campaigns
• Inspecting roofing gutters and siding and walking homeowners through repair or replacement options
• Writing and finalizing sales contracts
• Collecting customer payments
• Managing assigned projects from signed agreement through completion

Requirements:

What We Require

• Comfortable approaching homeowners directly (door-to-door) as a regular part of lead generation
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic
• Background in roofing construction or outside sales is a plus but not required
• Valid drivers license required
