What Youll Do as a Speech Therapist:
- Evaluate speech language voice and swallowing abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide in-home speech therapy services and conduct therapy sessions with documented progress notes
- Recommend communication strategies and assistive technology to support patient needs
- Educate patients families and caregivers on speech and language development and carryover strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams while maintaining ethical standards best practices and accurate documentation
What Were Looking For:
- Licensed Speech Therapist in the state of Florida
- At least 1 year of experience in speech therapy
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Home Health environment
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Passionate professional and committed to excellent care
