At Haven Home Health & Hospice our On-Call RNs provide skilled nursing care after hours helping patients remain safe and comfortable at home while supporting families during the moments that matter most.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Weekends: 24-hour call coverage
7 days on followed by 7 days off

When the office closes patient care continues.

Youll be the calm voice on the phone the trusted clinician making home visits when needed and the support patients and families count on during evenings nights weekends and holidays. Your clinical judgment helps patients stay safely at home while ensuring they receive the care they need when they need it most.

• Salary position with a full week off every other week
• One-on-one patient care
• Autonomy with the support of an experienced clinical team

• Missouri RN license in good standing
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• Dependable and responsive
• Home health experience is a plus but not required
