Home Health Physical Therapist

In partnership with the Rehabilitation Hospital our organization is an accredited and recognized leader in home health care. We provide industry-leading therapy and nursing services that consistently exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area.

This position serves patients in Benton Harbor and surrounding communities and includes eligibility for a $10000 First-Year Success Bonus tied to the achievement of key milestones during the first year of employment.

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
  
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state where services are provided
  

• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience
  

• Valid drivers license
  
• Ability to spend approximately 20% of the workday traveling to patient locations
  
• Strong time management and self-scheduling abilities
  
• Commitment to meeting charting and documentation deadlines
  
• Experience using tablets smartphones and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
  

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening including medical and recreational marijuana testing
  
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
  
• Willingness to receive communications by phone or text during the hiring process
