Occupational Therapist (OT)

Position Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist youll blend innovation with compassionate care by incorporating AI-powered documentation tools into your practice. This role allows you to focus on helping patients regain independence while improving the accuracy and efficiency of your documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy sessions centered on patient functionality and goals.

Document therapy progress with the support of AI technology reducing after-hours workload.

Deliver care with full attention and connection to patients.

Patient-Centered Care:Spend more time providing hands-on compassionate care to patients.

Reduced Documentation Burden:Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time.

Work-Life Balance:Cut down on after-hoursdocumentation allowing more time for family and personal priorities.

Enhanced Efficiency:Experience an easier transition to technology-driven workflows that simplify compliance with care standards.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor of Science inOccupationalTherapy required.

Two (2) years of experience as aOccupationalTherapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

Active and unencumberedOccupationalTherapist license in state(s) of employment required.

Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
