Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Per Diem / PRN
Pay
PT: $80 per visit
PTA: $55$60 per visit
Location: Oahu HI (reliable transportation required)
Schedule: Flexible / Per Diem (PRN) Build Your Own Caseload

We are currently hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality patient-centered home health care.

skilled in-home physical therapy services
- Current Hawaii license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Minimum one year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred)
- Strong documentation communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Passion for serving seniors kupuna and local families
