What Youll Do as an Occupational Therapist:
- Conduct in-home occupational therapy evaluations and deliver individualized treatment interventions
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to improve daily living skills independence and quality of life
- Educate clients and families on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies
- Collaborate with patients families and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated optimal care
- Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately using electronic health record systems while maintaining current best practices
What Were Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
- At least 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Home Health environment
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Passionate professional and committed to excellent care
