You hold a clear and active Texas RN license
You have Home Health and/or Hospice experience
You have Medicare documentation experience
You possess strong assessment case management and organizational skills
Youre comfortable independently managing a patient caseload
You have excellent communication and patient care skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80000$85000
