Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide exceptional care to clients in Willis MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety in a home environment.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming.
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.
• Monitor clients health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients including light housekeeping duties.
• Follow care plans and document care provided accurately.

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a caregiving role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare and safety protocols.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
