Home Health Aide

Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Health Aid in Howell MI where you will provide compassionate and personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities to improve their quality of life and support their independence.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Help patients with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and ensure safety.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client health conditions.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisory staff.
• Support clients emotional and social well-being by engaging in conversation and activities.

• Previous experience in a caregiving or home health setting is an asset but NOT required.
• Compassionate patient and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare team members.
• Must pass background checks.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes is a plus.
