What Youll Do
- Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Help with mobility transfers and safe lifting techniques
- Support meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate care documentation and report any changes in condition
- Follow all HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality

- Current HHA or PCA certification (required)
- Previous home care experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
- Ability to lift and assist patients safely
- Strong communication and reliability
- Compassion patience and a genuine desire to help others
- Fluent in English
