Job Summary
Summary:
Provides assistance with patient care activities as directed on the patient home health aide care plan and under the direction of the registered licensed professional staff. Independently assists the patient with activities of daily living including personal care meal preparation/cooking and/or feeding and provides basic homemaking and laundry assistance for the patient in the home.

Able to competently take temperatures heart rates/pulses respiratory rates and identify changes in patient condition.
Minimum of six months job related experience.
Current valid drivers license current automobile insurance and access to a good working vehicle are required.
Working Conditions:
Manual: significant manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity
Occupational: Significant occupational risk
Physical Effort: Very Heavy effort. May exert up to 50 lbs. force
Physical Environment: Significant exposure to dirt odors noise human waste etc.
