Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Wayne MI. This role involves providing quality in-home care to clients ensuring their comfort safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks meal preparation and medication reminders
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate client records and document care provided
- Follow care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations
- Pass necessary background checks
