What Youll Do:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in their homes

• Educate patients and families on health conditions medications and healthy habits

• Monitor symptoms document progress and follow established care plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia

• Experience in home health long-term care or geriatrics is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs using proper body mechanics

• Compassionate reliable and self-motivatedwith a cool head in tough situations
